WARREN CAT - ABILENE

The Warren Cat - Abilene project is a large industrial complex completed from the ground up by the FEHRS team. Our dirt work crews prepared the site along with utilities, foundation and slab concrete. Our construction team completed the structural and pre-engineered metal building construction. Architectural facade and interior finishes were also completed by our team featuring FM200 fire suppresion for IT room, advanced lighting controls, high-tech HVAC management systems and more. Remote management systems were also installed for various mechanical systems. Multiple FIM Overhead and Jib Cranes were installed thorughout the shop along with shop space air rotation. It also includes a full oil system based on architectural designs. The roof is a modified bitumen/standing seam combination. FEHRS also installed landscaping and exterior features.
