SHOPPA'S ODESSA

The Shoppa's Material Handling - Odessa project features over 6,000 ft.2 of finished office space and over 37,000 ft.2 of shop/warehouse space. The 6+-acre property is protected by a chain-link fence with electric operation and features over 125,000 ft.2 of concrete paving. Custom millwork is exhibited throughout the interior along with a closed-cell foam insulated ceiling painted black. The shop area includes a 25'x60' internal wash bay and is equipped with two FIM 10-ton overhead bridge cranes. The front office has a full storefront glass system with an Alucobond CCS rainscreen system (ACM Panels), and a floor treated with custom flake with a clear glass finish. The entire facility features beautiful white panels with a red accent trim.
