DESCRIPTION
The Barnhart Bolt - Midland complex consists of three separate metal building structures totaling over 70,000 ft.2. The main building features a large warehouse with office space and a sales floor. The second building is a shipping and receiving warehouse with a recessed loading dock, fully-stocked gym, office and restroom. The third building includes a large full kitchen and an extended awning for multiple vehicle storage. All of the buildings feature exposed painted ceilings, HVLS fans and heaters and are energy code insulated. The rear portion of the property is surrounded by a chain link perimeter fence with privacy screening.
