HTEAO - ANDREWS

The HTeaO - Andrews project is a retail metal building featuring EFIS exterior facing, aluminum canopies, signature HTea0 multi-colored composite siding, a paved lot with custom-built u-shaped steel bollards and a drive-through lane and desert-themed landscaping.

The interior opens up to a large sales floor highlighted by a custom-built stained counter with a quartz countertop, custom decorative lighting and a scored, stained diamond-polished concrete floor. The layout includes two small ADA-compliant bathrooms, a walk-in cooler and a mid-sized storage room. The open painted ceiling also includes Formica clouds above the counters.
