NTACT OPERATIONS

The NTacT Operations Odessa building is a large office building with a full-service welding shop. The exterior features an R-panel exterior with a grey-glass vestibule including 3 ft. of Spandrel Glass. The parking lot is a hot mix asphone paving with concrete-base pole lighting and a fenced property with electric gates.

The interior is equipped with eight mid-sized offices with painted walls and carpet. A small waiting room is finished with diamond-polished stained concrete flooring and a glass sliding reception window. The interior is completed with a receptionist area, large conference room, a work/copy room, small IT room and two mid-sized breakrooms. The entire facility is equipped with a fire sprinkler system including a fire pump.

The welding shop is 60x240' with two double girder bridge cranes, ridge vents along the full length of the building, liner panels up to 8' high, six heavy-duty rolling steel overhead doors and LED high bay lighting throughout. The exterior lean-to is equipped with two 10-ton top running bridge cranes that can extend 40' past the building on a full concrete slab.
