DESCRIPTION
The Gunsight Mountain project features a two-level, wooden structure with a high-quality Maxi Rib metal roof, a wraparound porch, a two-bay shop with epoxy-painted floors and complete landscaping and signage. The interior features a lobby with a built-in reception desk with quartz counters and wall signage, built-in wooden plantation shutters, spacious offices with a large conference room and ceramic tile and carpet flooring. The attached shop includes two heated bays with overhead doors, a full locker room with bathrooms and a shower, a work bench area with a built-in exhaust fan and low-maintenance epoxy-painted concrete floors with drains.
